Return Policy
Eligibility:
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Process:
1. Email business@ogwear.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos.
2. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable courier.
3. After inspection, we will process the refund.
Shipping
Processing Time:
• Normal orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Pre orders are processed with in 30 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Timelines:
Once orders are shipped it will take 5 to 7 business days for delivery with in India.
