Refund & Replacement Policy

At OG Wear, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A customer is eligible for a refund or replacement (as per their choice) in the following cases:
  • If the product is not delivered, or
  • If the product is received in damaged condition.
2. Reporting Damages
Customers must report any damage, defect, or issue within 24 hours from the time of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

3. Resolution
Once the issue is verified, OG Wear will process either a replacement or refund as per the customer’s preference.

Refund Timeline:
  • Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations:
  • Products returned without original packaging/tags.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused during delivery.
