Welcome to theogwear.com. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Pre-Orders

• OG Wear releases products in limited drops. Availability is subject to stock and production schedules.

• Normal Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Pre-Orders: Processed within 30 - 45 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery timelines are decided solely by OG Wear and may vary due to production or logistics delays. Customers will be informed of any significant delay.

• In rare or unforeseen circumstances arising from technical issues, OG Wear reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include GST where applicable.

• Payments are accepted only through secure payment gateways integrated on theogwear.com.

• Once an order is placed, the price is final and non-negotiable.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped only within India via trusted courier partners.

• Delivery timelines are typically 5–7 business days after dispatch, but may vary due to courier delays, logistics issues, or other factors beyond our control.

• We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders within India.

• Customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once the order has been shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns

• We currently provide returns only (no exchanges).

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at business@ogwear.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos.

2. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable courier service.

3. After inspection, we will process your refund.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

• In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

• Once verified, OG Wear will provide a full refund or send a replacement (subject to availability) at no extra cost.

• Return shipping for defective/damaged/wrong items will be covered by OG Wear.

Refunds

• Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is found to be defective/damaged/wrong.

• COD refunds will be processed as store credit or via bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Products returned without original packaging/tags.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused during delivery.

• Products sent back without following the approved return process.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on theogwear.com, including brand name, logos, product designs, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of Prisha Lifestyles.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Colors, Fit & Display

• We make every effort to display the colors, fit, and details of our products as accurately as possible.

• Due to differences in screen resolutions, lighting, and photography, there may be slight variations in color or texture between product images and the actual product.

• As each product is crafted with unique cuts and materials, there may be slight variations in fit compared to sizing guides or customer expectations.

• Such variations in color or fit are not considered defects and will not qualify for returns/refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

• OG Wear will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, production issues, natural calamities, strikes).

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• OG Wear complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection laws.

• Customer data will only be used for order fulfillment, communication, and marketing (with consent).

• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
